Ads are available on a weekly, monthly (4 weeks) or quarterly (12 weeks) schedule. For information about rates and availability please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 646.580.4521.
You are welcome to provide a pre-designed ad to Theatre Is Easy. Please email a jpg of the ad at the correct size (see specs on previous page) to email@example.com at least 48 hours before the contract begins (the first Monday of the contract). If ads are not received in time, contract will be delayed on a weekly basis until the ad is ready to go live.
If you would like Theatre Is Easy to design an ad for you, please consult your sales rep for more information. Design fees are between $50 and $90 depending on the complexity of the design. Theatre Is Easy will provide you with a quote and if accepted, design fees will be added to your contract. Contract must be paid in full before the proof will be generated. You will receive two free proofs of your ad. The proof must be approved at least 48 hours before the contract begins (the first Monday of the contract). If the deadline is missed, the ad will wait to go live until the following Monday after approval. Should you need an additional proof, please contact your sales rep. Mistakes made by Theatre Is Easy will be re-proofed at no charge. After the ad goes live it becomes the property of the purchaser and can be used for future advertising at the discretion of the purchaser. Art files will be provided to the purchaser when the design and sale of the design are complete and when the ad goes live on Theatre Is Easy.
To link your ad to your establishment’s website, please include the requested web address on your contract.
You are welcome to include a discount or special coupon to be advertised on Theatre Is Easy. Theatre Is Easy will not be responsible for fulfillment of promotions advertised on the website.
You are welcome to change your ad during your contract’s duration, at any time, for any reason. If you replace the existing ad with a new ad of your own, there will be a $10 charge to replace the ad. If your ad was designed by Theatre Is Easy and you would like Theatre Is Easy to edit the design, please contact your sales rep for a quote.
Advertising fees must be paid upfront for all ad packages. At this time, Theatre Is Easy only accepts cash or check. Checks should be made out to Theatre Is Easy. Ads will not go live until payment has been received in full.
You may cancel your contract at any time within the first half of the contract’s duration. 25% of your payment will be returned to you upon cancelation. Contracts may not be cancelled after the halfway point of the contract’s duration.
All advertisements will be reviewed by Theatre Is Easy and are subject to approval before placement on the site.
Advertisements are accepted upon the representation that the establishment has the right to authorize publication of the contents thereof. In consideration of such publication, the advertiser agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold publisher harmless against expense, claim, or loss arising out of publication.
Theatre Is Easy reserves the unrestricted right to reject any advertisement at any time with full reimbursement being made; furthermore, publisher shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to publish an advertisement.
Advertiser agrees that all copy, layout, and composition of Theatre Is Easy design and content are the sole property of Theatre Is Easy and may not be reproduced without the express written permission of Theatre Is Easy.
Theatre Is Easy will not be bound by conditions printed or appearing on order blanks, copy instructions, or verbal agreements that conflict with the provisions contained in this media kit.
